Hello,
I purchased a Luxe Bidet and since we have an old school flushometer I'm trying to figure what is the safest way to connect the bidet to the sink cold water line. This is the newest challenge in my marriage it seems :) I believe the compression is 3/8" for the sink line, and the bidet has a 1/4" connector . There's about 4 feet of space between the toilet and the sink. I'd also like to be able to shut off the bidet supply line as necessary. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Johnny,

under the sink is a 3/8'' line that ''should'' have a valve installed

there are 2 ways to hook up your new fixture
1] turn off water to the house, remove the old valve under the sink
and replace it with a 3 way valve

buy a 1/4'' ice maker flex line, :D
and hook it up.

2] https://www.supplyhouse.com/Brasscraft-CT2-666X-P-3-8-OD-Tube-x-3-8-OD-Tube-x-3-8-Female-

Compression-Nut-Adapter

that will fit on top of the valve you already have.

Thank you Frodo. I suspect for the second option I need to get a 3/8" x 1/4 ice maker supply braided line? I'm still looking for one that is at least 60" long. Seems hard to find.
