I'm struggling to finder the pressure regulator for my home and all I have found is this valve outside the house with a schrader valve. Almost looks like a pressure tank valve (pictures below). This house does not have a pressure tank it has municipal water supply. The pressure in the house is far too high running at around 105-110. The house was built in 1942 and has a newer boiler. The boiler has an expansion tank (pictured below) with a pressure regulator on it but this shouldn't affect the house water pressure correct?? I'm not too familiar with boilers. I've included a picture of the water meter as well. Sorry I'm not an expert at all just trying to figure this out myself.
