I'm in the planning stages of a Bath and Kitchen renovation. The work area is 10' x 24'. In the Kitchen there will be 1 sink, in the Bathroom there will be 1 sink, 1 toilet, 1 tub and 1 shower. All the plumbing is above a full basement, making it completely accessible.
I'm trying to minimize the need to bore thru load bearing studs and joists so I have positioned the vents and drains as you see in the layout. Also I have configured the sink, tub and shower drain lines to be easily accessible (not hidden in the walls). I have attached a layout with dimensional drawing of what I think will work.

At the moment I have questions regarding the venting:
Is the layout of the venting up to code?
Will I need the 3 vents thru the roof or can they be joined (into one) in the ceiling so just one is thru?

Any and all help is welcome!
Thank you,
Tim

Thank you for the help frodo, I'll revise the layout and post it again later today.

I have tried to have this new layout as close to your marked up layout as possible. However there is a problem that I have overlooked. The toilet/sink and tub/shower vertical vents are too close to a second floor window, less than the 10' required. The kitchen sink vertical vent is OK.
As a possible solution I have angled the tub/shower vertical vent toward the exterior wall which places it about 150" from the window. Then instead of connecting the sink/toilet to the tub/shower vertical vent I have reversed their connections. I'm not sure if this method is within code. If not what are the alternatives?
Also unless the code requires the 1.5" vents, you have indicated in two locations, I would like to keep all vents and drains 2". Another question regarding the horizontal portions of the vents is are they required to have the same 0.25" per foot drop rule?

Thank you for your help.

The jump up is for head room, there is a doorway close to the existing sewer where this new plumbing connects. The joists run perpendicular to the window frame.
I wanted to use 45's for that transition but the block wall is there.
I will need another position option for a clean out the base cabinet, counter top and back splash are there. I also need to know why/how the 8" offset from the window center is done.

Thanks for the help frodo.

45S WILL NOT FIT.jpg

your reventing is acceptable...running 2'' instead of 1.5 is no problem

8'' offset under sink from center, the drain on a 2 compartment sink is not center, it is 8'' off center

which ever side you choose to offset to, the disposal will be on the opposite

yes, vents need to slope back to the fixture, so condensate and rain water can drain

Hello frodo, no disposal in the plan but if it changes I understand the need for the offset. I can be really dense sometimes and understanding the location for the clean out is one of those times! Can it be as shown.....

Thank you for the help and your patience too !

yeah...it can go there.

but, technically,, the co is supposed to be the size of the drain. that would be 2''
and, that tee will be hell for a cable to go around

why cant you put it over the tee ? isnt their a cabinet in that spot ?

it will be inside the cabinet,
