Help with bathroom renovation

We're gutting a bathroom in an old house we bought and we just noticed an old radiator that was buried behind the wall and raised about 3' feet off of the ground, next to the old toilet (photo attached).

My question is, how easy is it to bring it down to the ground level? Do we even need it at all? We're also trying to redesign this small bathroom to leave the window exposed but not have it in the shower. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the radiator still connected to a working system?
Do you need it is a question only you can answer if it's still working and serviceable.
Don't use those here so I'm not familiar with what you have
