Help please! Rusty bolt problem during faucet removal

I need your help please!!!!

I'm trying to remove my old kitchen faucet and under the center part, the ring and bolt securing it to the sink are all rusty/corroded. I tried to take a sponge of apple vinegar to the area and it did remove quite a bit of it. I also tried WD40 overnight on it, but I can't get the nut to budge. It also looked like the person who installed this faucet had a little bit of silicone covering the screw and nut, but I got most of that off.
I'm using an adjustable wrench and trying to turn the nut, but it's so tight it's also hard to get a good grip on it to turn it.

use a deep socket wrench. if the copper tubes are in the way bend them out of the way.

Grab hold of the end of the threaded rod with some vise grips and unscrew the bolt from the bottom of the faucet.

It just might unscrew.
