Hi there:

I'm hoping that experts in he forum can view these photos attached and help me find new replacement parts for both hot and cold faucets, flanges, and handles, ...my landlord has had two different plumbers come and try to fix the leaking shower (hot and cold faucets both issues)...all they do is change new washers and that does not hold for long...their suggestion is to cut out old connectors and put in all new hardware, which my landlord cannot afford...this was an add on basement shower originally installed in the late 1970's...the recent plumbers did not have any compatible new replacement parts.

The photos are of the hot and cold stems at different angles (and the shower openings/connectors holes), which over the years have fused to the flanges, (ruler on the side for scale)...if there is any way to help, please do let me know, or if you need additional information.

Thank You all in advance for your assistance.

Kind Regards,
Philip

I don't see the internal hex on the view of the internal seat...so maybe not replaceable...in which case, replacing the fixture is the only solution.
Note, a rubber washer that is bulged out looks like it was not the correct size. It is supposed to fit in the cup of the stem.
