Help Opening Well

I need to shock my well with chlorine, but I can't figure out how to open it to pour the solution in. I would rather not pay someone $350 to come out and do this, so please, any help would be SO appreciated. Here are a couple of pictures of what I have. Thank you!

Remove the air vent to the left of the pipe elbow and pour down that hole. You will probsbly need a funnel.

I'm not sure why you want to chlorinate your well, but if you pour bleach in through the well seal, be sure to chase it with at least 5 gallons of water. You don't want to leave bleach on the pipe above the water line.
