Help dont know how to remove this Faucet

I have this faucet in one of the bathroom where it doesnt turn any more, it was tight for a while and in summer i stopped using it and its completely stuck now. I guess i can just change the cartrige to fix this issue. But i am not able to remove the top part to change the cartrige and also i dont know which brand of faucet is this. if i find the brand atleast i can search for youtube videos related to that. Can you please help me identify what brand of faucet is this and let me know how i can remove the top part. i dont see any visible screws at all that i can remove.

Some faucets like the Moen Monticello disassemble by rotating the lower section of the handle assembly as I have noted in the picture.

There should be a phillips head screw on the handle, covered by the raised cap. Unscrew and pull the handles off, twist off the escutcheon as Mr David recommends, and the rest should fall out the bottom.
