Apologies for not knowing the name of this item depicted in the picture attached. I have had to turn this off because of the amount of banging this makes due to the previous home owner's contractor that did this but the item is to big for the casing and you can see it hitting up to the right of the casing. This doesnt allow the item to pitch properly and i am going to assume that I need to replace it with a smaller one.
