Hey,
Does anyone have a simple fix for one of those large floor food service drains. I haven't looked closely but it looks like the pvc is all unbroken but it let's up this F%^&ing foul a%s stench somewhere I've been in and out of. Everyone that works there seems to be oblivious to it or something. It must be getting on their product. I feel like I'm covered with tiny little gnats or something every time i go in and out of there. Is there any simple advice I can give these people, they all look sort of sick and grey in the face sort of.

Do you have a pest control program, if this is a commercial kitchen hopefully your staff isn't pushing trash or food into floor drains
You also have to make sure they have water in them, if you have sinks that indirectly drain into a floor sink that has to be cleaned too, do you have a grease trap maintenance program????? This is mostly your own house keeping tips that could solve the problem

surface cleaning and small jetter drain cleaning, not all companies have small jetters.
