Fixing pinhole leak internally.

Can anybody point me in the direction of some methods to fix a pinhole leak on poly ethylene piping internally. The pinhole leak is directly under a very expensive custom cabinet and the customer does not want to remove it so we can break through the concrete. Is there anything like a blown through internal sleeve or some kind of leak repair substance that can be blown through the pipe that you may have used in the past?

break the floor on both sides of the cabinet, find the pipe at both locations.

break a new ditch around the cabinet


it can not be patched, replace it
