faucet with open floor drain (warehouse)

Hi,

I was wondering if somebody can tell me if the floor drain in the picture is most likely connected to the sewer. This is located at the 2nd floor of an industrial/commercial warehouse. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The one to the left is the toilet drain so yes, the one in the middle is the urinal drain so yes(On the wall), and the one to the right is more than likely to also be connected to the same line but I could be wrong.
