faucet filter

I can't screw the filter to the faucet. I bought the Pur FM-3333B and there is a problem with it now. Does anybody have the same one? What should I do? Any suggestions, please.

are the threads not the same, non compatible, can you explain the problem

Shapes are all the same size (holes of the faucet and the filter). It simply don't fit
