Exterior hot/cold hose bib choices??

Hello folks,
Moving along with my Tennessee home build. Always wanted a hot and cold exterior faucet. There are so many choices and I want to install a good middle od the road frostless one. I'm using PEX supply lines. Any recommendations on what brand and or model numbe? Thanks

for out door frost proof hose bibs i recommend

you install them as useing this fitting

that sill cock is for demonstration,,,it is cpvc not pex

use 2 for hot and cold

A trick i learned, install your frost proof in where an inside frame wall connects to the outter wall

for more debth

how long is it ? how do you screw it into the fitting inside the wall?

how do you unscrew it to replace it ?


does it come apart to do this ?

It is pretty. But i do not like it.

maintenance nightmare, you cant switch out the faucet with out cutting the wall.

for some, that would be ok, for me, I would prefer the separate faucets.
