I recently bought a newer house. ( built 2017-2018) my shop has rough ins for a bathroom, there are two pipes stubbed up through the floor both the same size I’m curious which one was intended for the toilet?

I’ve attached 2 pictures one shows the rough ins and the other shows what I’m
Assuming is a vent termination?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

this is just a guess
to verify/confirm my guess, cut the pipe where the tub is, stick a tape measure in the pipe
see if you can ''feel'' a ptrap bend

the terlet pipe, cut it, stick a tape in the pipe and ''feel'' for a 90

the pipe in the ceiling, goes out the roof

the 2'' behind the terlet, cut it at 16'', install a 2x2x1.5 tee arm the pipe over for sink drain

Is that going to be a shower where the tub is drawn in at? It would be hard to hook a tub up to that drain.
