I have a bathroom that is quite a ways from the central water heater, so it takes a long time (and a lot of water) to get hot. What I'd like is this: An electrically controlled valve that would switch from cold water to hot water to flush the adjacent toilet (for as long as the switch/valve is energized). That way, instead of wasting water waiting for warm-up, I'd at least use the water to flush the toilet. The assumption is that the vanity is used right after flushing!
