Dripping Tap

Does anyone know how to stop the drip from this particular tap (refer to photo)? I can't seem to find a washer or get inside the tap. Thanks in advance

Pop the cap off the top of the handles. Unscrew and remove the handles, then shoot a pic for us looking down the top of where the handle was at. Probably a snap ring?

There is a screw for each handle. After unscrewing it I can't seem to get the handle off

They are pressed on most likely. They have a faucet handle puller, but you can use upward force or use the top of the faucet base for leverage.
