Common Vent Water Heaters

Can multiple natural gas water heater flues be combined into one flue if they are of the same type of water heaters? I understand this might be dependent on the jurisdiction but do any of you have experience with this?

they can combine. but the flue sie out the roof must change


1 1/2 times the size of the smallest unit

that would be 4 1/2'' flue...they dot make it,,,so i would be 6'' double wall vent pipe
