Ceiling leak under toilet when flushed

Assuming it's the wax ring but wanted to check first. Small leak coming through ceiling downstairs directly below toilet ONLY when flushed. Just a few drops then it stops.

Just seems to be clean water coming through, no poo water.

Maybe I should do the ring before cutting away half the ceiling underneath? Right now it's only a 4 inch x 4 inch repair.

Most likely (almost always) leaky wax ring. Repair as soon as possible. The water may appear clear but it is sewage water.
