I bought a 1960's house 9 months ago. It passed a sewer line pressure test then but failed last month according to the same company. That same company performed a leak isolation test today and said I have 3 leaks, all under the foundation. He said he did not see them with the camera and thinks they are minor. My questions are how likely is it that I developed 3 leaks ( 3 separate rooms) in the short time that I had the house? Did they lie on the first test? What are my repair options given they are small leaks? I don't trust this company. The pipes are cast iron and the leaks are #1 20 ft off the main line(kitchen sink), #2 20 ft on the main line from the cleanout , #3 40 ft on the main line from the cleanout.
