Can't Identify Pipes

I have pipes in my garage wall on the other side is a large closet going into a family room. I would love to move my washer and dryer into this closet from the kitchen but don't know how to determine is any of these pipes are a drain, hot and cold water??? In the picture the round white pipe is above the others lightly to the left.

The copper lines are for a hot water heating system with two balancing valves.

Is this anything we can tie into for washer? Is it only hot water?

No, you need domestic hot and cold water lines along with a waste and vent line.

Thank you, I suspect the top one is a vent pipe. Thanks for the help!
