Can I move pilot assembly kit?

I bought a Pilot assembly Replacement Kit off Amazon for a Bradford White Eco Defender that has a Honeywell Gas Valve. I tried to install the new kit but the line is too short. The burner has the pilot assembly attaching to the right side, can I move the Pilot assembly kit to the left side of the burner?

It should be identical to your old part if you ordered the correct model number.

I suggest ordering the correct part.

Don't change that burner assembly around. Not a good idea.
