Bringing new supply line up through existing slab

I am replacing my old leaking Kitec plumbing that is in my slab by running new pex in the attic with drop lines in the walls to the fixtures. How do I get the new supply line into the garage to connect to a manifold? Can I drill straight down through the slab near the outside wall and then dig under the foundation to connect to the supply line? Any help greatly appreciated.

That should work. I haven't worked with a lot of PEX, so I don't know if it needs to be protected from the concrete or not.

You can drill from inside of the garage at angle, so your drill bit comes on outside bellow ground level, dig hole outside to fond end of your bit. Keep in mind that depends on your location section of the pipe on outside should be deep enough to prevent freezing. PEX will do fine in concrete, make sure to avoid tight turns to prevent kinking the pipe.

You should sleeve the PEX were it comes in contact with the concrete. Foam pipe covering works great.
