Blank bathroom contertop advice on new faucet and drain holes.

So as it says we have a blank countertop with no holes and we bought our sink and faucet from Amazon so naturally the directions don't exactly come with recommended bit sizes and such so I'm just reaching out for any advice. Here's the info that's available as far as dimensions for the drain and spout thank you in advance for any help. I think we have the faucet figured out cuz it looks like the hole just needs to be big enough to fit the plumbing through but it's the drain I'm iffy on.

The dimension on your post is covered by a heart. I would take the parts and drill the holes with the smallest hole drill they fit just into. That will be a tad loose, and leave a little wiggle room.
