This is a "Horow Tankless Elongated Smart Toilet Bidet in White T03 with Auto Open, Auto Close, Auto-Flush, UV Sterilization, Remote" from Home Depot.

As you can hear in the video, once the "Posterior" or "Feminine" washes start, the weird grinding-like noise starts.

If I reach back and turn off the water valve, the bad noise stops, but the quiet hum of the motor moving the sprayer back and forth is still there. So I think the noise is from whatever controls the internal electronic water valve for the sprayer.

Note that some water rinses the sprayer before it extends and after it later retracts, which is why you can hear the noise even before the sprayer is revealed. Also, for this demonstration, I've detached the tip of the sprayer (part of regular cleaning maintenance in the manual) so that it sprays into the toilet, rather than out. There is nothing in the manual about strange noises.

Finally, there is no bad noise during the initial bowl rinse when I put weight on the seat, nor when the toilet flushes at the end, because it's a separate electronic valve. A Y-splitter at the wall valve feeds two separate hoses in the toilet.

Does anybody recognize this noise, know how I might fix it, or know who I should call to fix it? It should still be under limited warranty until May, but I worry that approach might be a nightmare, where I have to spend a lot of money to prove there is a problem or where I have no toilet in that room for months.
