Hi, I apologize in advance if this sort of question has already been answered.
I am installing a new tub into a basement I am finishing and the pre-existing rough in drain for the bath is about 3 inches to the side and roughly between the drain and overflow.
I see there is an "above floor" option for the drain, that is essentially a tee that combines the overflow and drain into a the top of a t and then exits the back, opposite of the drain, which, I assume is up to code. Since my rough in drain is between the overflow and tub drain, is it OK for me to put a 90 from the overflow towards the tub drain into opposite ends of a tee, and then exit to the rough in drain the the "top" of the tee which would be on its side.
This just seems to be the least amount of pipe and most direct route to the drain, and the least amount of cutting of the concrete. Is this ok though?
I attached a very rough "3dish" drawing. There would be a slight slope between the tee and the rough drain. There is a p trap ~ a foot below the rough drain, in the concrete. All of the horizontal runs are very short, between 3-4 inches each.
Thanks in advance!

It is not a good concept nor code approved due to the lack of proper flow.

Thanks for your reply! What about this, I think this keeps the water flowing in the same direction.
In any event there would be a 90* down into the rough-in, with a reducer from 1.5" to the 2" that is roughed in.
Thanks in advance again!

I've never tried to snake anything like you've conceived. might work...
Long sweep 90 would be imperative off the tub.
It is much, much better to cut a normal tub box under a bathtub than use any janky fittings.
