Are there no new construction residential plumbers in WV?

I just was curious to see if anyone in here knows. I'm talking mainly the Morgantown/Clarksburg area. We are driving 3-1/2 hours one way because one of our builders cannot find any plumbers. I actually started to check around myself and the only thing I can find are services guys. I think if a good company were to get going there, they would do very well for themselves, especially with this new influx of oil/gas well money.
