Is there a way to add a well pump for one house or is it a pain in the ass to do
3 houses run off of one well pump

It could go either way. I would have to know a lot more about how this is hooked up before I could comment. Pictures help a lot.
It is more likely that one well pump will run all three houses. But like Speed said, we would need more info like the size of the pump.

I haven't been able to find out the size of the pipe due to the county set up and it's on old land.. I will be putting pics up this weekend
Do a bucket test to see how much the pump can produce.
