2inch black pipe

My son lives in mobile home,he has 2inch black pipe under sink,can white pvc be glued and connected to the black pipe?

Can you tack a picture. Black is normally ABS and White is PVC.

there is a special glue specifically for transition between the 2.

The type I use is green or you can use a mechanical fitting.
