delta diverter

Hello, Can I combine Delta R10000 with R11000 and the tub spout diverter? I am thinking of adding a hand shower via R11000 and to use a tub diverter as well. Will this setup work? This is a bathroom renovation project. I am not a plumber. Thanks.
