Can someone help me identify this frost proof stem? Nobody local seems to know. I sent a picture to Teeters in Dallas but they do not have it in stock. I would replace the entire unit but we don't know if it is threaded or sweated on and we do not want to tear up the outside wall. Alternatively, does anyone know how to just plug the end? The threads are the same as a boiler drain. I added one with ample pipe dope but it leaked badly. If I can't replace the stem I would just like to cap the danged thing. Any help appreciated by this Knucklehead!
