Hello,

I was wondering what's the easiest (legal) way to tie my future basement sink to the ejector pit? I attached a screenshot and a PDF as well.

I currently have a floor drain with a vent just downstream shown in blue (I'm assuming because the line is over 15ft long). Can I tie into the drain line downstream of the floor drain and the vent with the red line? Do I need another vent? The sink will have its own vent as well.

The best way is to do as you have indicated.

But the "easiest/cheapest (legal) way" IMHO would likely be to use a drain pump and pipe the wastewater to the ejector pit through the ceiling area, saving the hard and relatively expensive concrete work. I don't think there would be any local codes that would preclude this approach, but you should check your local authority to verify that. Something like below.
