Shower selector button stuck

We had our shower remodeled a year ago. The fixture has a handheld device and rain shower head. The button above the water valve is stuck and will not allow switching to handheld. I could not determine how to disassemble the device in order to inspect the selector button. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

This is the only thing that’s close I could find for you. You may need to take the outside trim pieces off so we can see what the rough parts/valve looks like in the wall.

Do you have any manuals or documentation from your installation?
You should have stuck with American big name brands, now you know why we always recommend that, parts are available for years, and customer tech support is good, not dealing with weird Euro or Chinese stuff.
Good luck with your adventure, call your contractors they might have useful info or might stand by their products.
