Dual flush toilet with large drain hole? Can’t find part.

Hello, I need to replace the central part with the buttons on a dual flush toilet. The problem is all the ones I see for sale are only 3 inches wide on the bottom. I bought one and it was too small by just a few millimetres. my drain hole is about 85 mm. Does anyone know where I can get one a part that will fit? The toilet is an Uberhause btw. Thanks!

You don't mention the brand name,in the tank there are #d printed on the tank wall those will get you exact replacement parts
but you need to know the manufacturer
