Hello guys and gals, i have a problem and need advice please? My 4 year old water heater was working great then this week i turned the hot water on in the bathroom and the water comes out cold and runs till it warms up, it seems like i have to drain about half the water then it gets hot, what would cause this , i mean its heating but i have to drain many gallons out before i hit hot water, thanks
