Basement Drain not draining

Hello everyone, problem is the drain in the basement that takes the water from the a/c unit is plugged now, can i just take drano and try to get it unclogged that way, or is their some special chemical i have to use ? HOw do i go about getting this clogged drain fixed? thankyou [email protected]

I would recommend having the floor drain trap and the drain snaked with a power snake.

what would be the best way to get the rusted screw off so i can take the drain cover off? someone said that a heat gun work good. any suggestions ?

You can try heat, PB Blaster penetrating oil, or drill the head of the screw off.
