3-1/2 inch fittings

Does anyone know where I can get a 3.5 inch threaded male adapter? I just bought this house and I am finishing the basement and relocating the washer and dryer to the basement. For the washer drain there is a pipe in the floor with a threaded 3.5 inch plug that I removed to use as a drain. The problem I have is I can't find any way to reduce the 3.5 inch down to 1.5 inch. Everything I find is 3 or 4 inch only.

The pipe in the floor is a clean out. To use that for a drain you would have to vent the clothes washer and maintain the clean out. The plug may measure 3-1/2" but chances are it's 3".
